Our newest scent, White Cedar + Wild Mint, is the perfect cool winter air scent with notes of fir needle, lemon, bergamot, wild mint, eucalyptus, peppermint leaves, amber, white cedar, and cool musk.

We’ve poured our signature soy candle into a chic gold travel tin so you can take a little bit of home with you wherever you go. Each tin holds 3.5 oz. The wood wick will deliver a crackling glow for up to 15 hours. Each one of our soy travel candles burns cleanly and safely, and when you’re done, pop on the lid and your candle will be ready for your next escape.

Here are a few candle care tips from us to you:

The first time you burn our candles, it’s important to allow it to burn for 2-3 hours to create a full “melt pool”. This means the melted wax reaches all the way to the edge of the container.
This ensures a clean, even burn all the way down. If the first burn is too short the candle will only burn down the middle, creating a tunnel.
After every burn (before relighting your candle), simply pinch off any split portion of the wood wick gently between two fingers. It might seem like the wick is too short but don't worry, you actually need a shorter wick (1/8" appropriately) for a wooden wick to burn properly. 
If it seems like it's not getting a strong enough flame, don't be tempted to pour out melted wax, the wax is the fuel that the wick is using to burn. Instead, blow the candle out, attempt to trim the wick again and relight it. 
All our candle containers can be re-used. Just wash out the container with warm soapy water. The Botanical Collection glasses and Simple Collection glasses are dishwasher safe.

    Simply Curated currently ships all orders via USPS from our shipping and fulfillment studio in Grand Rapids, MI. 
    In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or broken, our carriers & shippers require photo documentation for reimbursement & quality control. Snap a photo with your phone and e-mail the image to info@simplycurated.com with your name and a brief message, and we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within a few days.

    Promising Notes, but Zero Throw

    I was surprised by how much the lemon worked with the other notes. This may be a good candle for people wary of mint, as the lemon and cedar are a nice balance. Unfortunately, this isn’t a rebuy for me, as I was hoping for more of a strong mint-wood mix.
